Step away from the everyday and submerge yourself in creativity for three unforgettable days. Studio Texas’ first annual Art Escape brings artists together for workshops, a member art show, and the kind of camaraderie only found among creatives.

Hosted at the beautiful Farmstead — with its charming cabins, pool, and easy access to Round Top — this retreat offers 12 hours of workshops, a catered members’ dinner, and hours of fellowship among the oaks.

    Forensic Talk with Amanda Danning A fascinating look at the art and science of forensic sculpture.
  • 5:00 – 6:00 PM
    Members Meeting Connect with the group, preview the weekend, and get settled in.

    Catered Dinner & Awards Lasagna and chicken piccata with salads and dessert, followed by the announcement of the International Competition Show winners.

    Introduction to Clay Sculpting — with Amanda Danning Bring form to your imagination in a tactile, hands-on introduction to clay sculpting.

    Improving Your Pastels — with Cynthie Hanks Discover the vibrant pigments and expressive blending techniques of soft pastels to bring your painting to life.
